Sallie Clarke
Sallie was born and brought up in North Derbyshire. She attended
University in Newcastle upon Tyne, and the College of Law in York,
before qualifying as a solicitor in 1995. Sallie joined Jackson Quinn
in 1998, and became a partner in February 2002. She deals with all
types of family law issues, including separation and divorce, property
issues on separation, with particular specialisation in public law
children cases involving the Children and Young Persons Department, and
is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member of the Law
Society Children Panel. Sallie is based at the Worksop and Retford offices.
Anne Buttler
Anne was brought up and educated in Nottingham, before attending
Newcastle Polytechnic for her degree and Law Society Finals, and
qualified as a solicitor in 1994. She joined Jackson Quinn in 2001 and
became a partner in 2005. Anne deals with all areas of family law, and
specialises in public law issues, acting for parents, grandparents and
children. She is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member
of the Law Society Children Panel. Anne is based at the Nottingham
office.
Roz Evans
Roz was brought up and educated in Nottingham. She attended
Nottingham Trent University for her degree and Nottingham Law School for
her Legal Practice Course. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and
joined Jackson Quinn in 2002, before becoming a partner in 2005. Roz is
an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member of the Law
Society Children Panel, and deals with all areas of family law,
specialising in financial and children issues. Roz has trained as a
collaborative lawyer, and is a founder member of the East Midlands
Collaborative Law Group. She is based at the Newark office.
Sara Davis
Sara was born in Teesside and brought up and educated in Ontario, Canada. Sara obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa in 1991, a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Windsor in 1994 and was admitted to the Bar in Ontario in 1996 as a qualified barrister and solicitor. Sara moved to Nottinghamshire in 1999 and has specialised in all areas of family law since 2000, with a particular interest in child law. Sara has been an accredited member of the Children Panel since 2006 and joined Jackson Quinn as a partner in 2010. Sara is based at the Worksop and Mansfield offices.
Bob Sawyer
Bob has lived in Nottinghamshire for almost 40 years and has extensive experience in both legal and non legal environments. He has served the Firm as Practice Manager for 11 years and made the transition to Partner in 2010. Bob is based at the Worksop office and is responsible for the Administration and Operations side of the business.
Daniel Lindon
Daniel was born and brought up in the West Midlands, and went to
university in Derby before completing the Legal Practice Course in
Leeds. He qualified as a solicitor in 2005, having dealt with property
and land law issues since 2002. Daniel specialises in residential and
commercial property matters, ranging from single house transactions to
commercial sales, purchases and leases. He moved to North
Nottinghamshire in 2003 after working in Leeds, and became a partner in
2007. He is based at the Worksop office.
Lucy Coppen
Lucy was brought up in North Nottinghamshire. She initially qualified as a Legal Executive before continuing her studies and qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2004. Lucy worked for Jackson Quinn for 14 years before leaving to work for a Nottingham City based Firm. Lucy returned to Jackson Quinn in November 2009. She deals with all types of Family Law issues including separation and divorce, property issues on separation, Children Law issues including both private law and cases involving the Children and Young Persons Department. She is an accredited specialist with Resolution. She is based at the Worksop and Retford Offices.
