Sarah Lane

Sarah was born and brought up in Nottingham, before undertaking her law degree and solicitor exams in Wolverhampton and York.  Returning to Nottingham, Sarah trained as a Solicitor with Jackson Quinn, qualifying in 1992. She became a partner in 1996.  Sarah specialises in all aspects of Children Law, being a member of the Law Society Children Panel and an accredited specialist with Resolution.  Sarah is based at the Retford Office.

Sallie Clarke

Sallie was born and brought up in North Derbyshire.  She attended University in Newcastle upon Tyne, and the College of Law in York, before qualifying as a solicitor in 1995.  Sallie joined Jackson Quinn in 1998, and became a partner in February 2002.  She deals with all types of family law issues, including separation and divorce, property issues on separation, with particular specialisation in public law children cases involving the Children and Young Persons Department, and is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member of the Law Society Children Panel. Sallie is based at the Worksop office.  

Anne Buttler

Anne was brought up and educated in Nottingham, before attending Newcastle Polytechnic for her degree and Law Society Finals, and qualified as a solicitor in 1994.  She joined Jackson Quinn in 2001 and became a partner in 2005.  Anne deals with all areas of family law, and specialises in public law issues, acting for parents, grandparents and children.  She is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member of the Law Society Children Panel.  Anne is based at the Nottingham office.

Roz Evans

Roz was brought up and educated in Nottingham.  She attended Nottingham Trent University for her degree and Nottingham Law School for her Legal Practice Course.  She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined Jackson Quinn in 2002, before becoming a partner in 2005.  Roz is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a member of the Law Society Children Panel, and deals with all areas of family law, specialising in financial and children issues.  Roz has trained as a collaborative lawyer, and is a founder member of the East Midlands Collaborative Law Group.  She is based at the Newark office.

Peter Jones

Peter was born and brought up in Preston in Lancashire.  After completing his university education at Durham and postgraduate qualification in York, he qualified as a solicitor in 1998.  He has been practising as a family law solicitor in Nottinghamshire since 1998, and has been with Jackson Quinn since 2005.  Peter is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, and an accredited member of Resolution.  He deals with all areas of family law, including relationship breakdown, financial and children issues, both between parents and involving Social Services.  Peter is based at the Retford office.

Daniel Lindon

Daniel was born and brought up in the West Midlands, and went to university in Derby  before completing the Legal Practice Course in Leeds.  He qualified as a solicitor in 2005, having dealt with property and land law issues since 2002.  Daniel specialises in residential and commercial property matters, ranging from single house transactions to commercial sales, purchases and leases.  He moved to North Nottinghamshire in 2003 after working in Leeds, and became a partner in 2007.  He is based at the Worksop office.
