Our fixed fee which you have been quoted covers all conventional conveyancing work associated with your transaction. If other legal documents and/or legal services are required from the list below, the additional fees will become payable by you as follows:-

Initially instructed on registered property but it is discovered that the Property is unregistered

Preparation of Deed of Postponement £75.00
Preparation of Deed of Variation £100.00
Preparation/Approval of Transfer of Equity £150.00
Preparing a standard Statutory Declaration £75 .00
Sending duplicate Correspondence by post £100.00
Preparing a standard Trust Deed £100.00
Discharge of Second or subsequent mortgages £25.00
Preparation/approval of key undertaking for early release of keys £25.00
Handling retention monies after completion £75.00
Preparation of Land Registry application (other than application to register ownership on purchase) £50.00
